King General Contracting and Oscar Canales are great. I had a few small tasks, but they needed high ladder access (mounting a security camera, and fixing some roof flashing). Mr. Canales was very responsive and did great work. And he was very affordable.

I hired Oscar to remove the shutters from outside my town home. The work done is impressive from him and his staff. After removing the shutters, power wash was completed as well. Oscar showed me that the windows needed caulking and that work was completed as well. His staff also cleaned the gutters for me

Mr Oscar Canalas is an experienced contractor who speaks multiple languages extending his reach for subcontractors. He recently repaired our front bay window. A replacement window with Thompson Creek would have cost 18,000.00. Oscar’s studied the problem and found 2 subcontractors with copper experience and concrete drilling experience to install a hood that should have been installed by Toll Brothers. The cost to us; 1/18 of the Thompson Creek estimate. He also completed a garage overhaul… Mr Canalas is a conscientious Angi Contractior. He quickly assesses the requirements needed for your project and determines the best reasonable supplies and sub-contractors to secure for completing your tasks. He works well with all ages and gives guidance when appropriate. He actively coordinated the replacement of our garage insolation, added new drywall, added new garage door insolation and sealed tiny air leaks before adding the drywall. This particular project will reduce home energy costs. I recommend the project and the Contractor. It only took 2 months.

I contacted Mr. Canales the day after the last snow/ice storm (2’26) and the response to having my car dug out was amazingly timely. The crew showed up and I couldn't have been more appreciative for the thorough completion of the task. Days later the wind tore a few pieces of my siding loose and I didn’t hesitate to call King General Contracting again. I’m grateful the pieces weren’t totally unhinged and just needed to the reattached at one end, but nonetheless I can’t see where the works were done, it looks great.

Oscar is a licensed Virginia electrician who installed an outlet in my basement and repaired drywall after a tenant moved out. He was professional, efficient, and did excellent work.

Oscar and team did an outstanding job mounting two TVs and hanging up my shot glass rack I been putting off hanging up forever. I contacted him Tuesday and by today (Thursday) he and crew were here and ready to go. No job is to small, he worked fast and efficient and was beyond professional. Going to use his team to paint all three floors of my house.
